On the whole, we manage and build landscapes specialising in local native flora, from our two depots at North Melbourne (where this role is based) and Mornington.

We have extensive bushland management and construction knowledge, a sound and growing customer base (government, semi-government and private organisations) together with a growing team of over 60 people and a record of delivering quality service.

Purpose and scope

Multiple positions available.

Reporting to the Melbourne Bushland Project Manager, the primary role of this position is to assist with the implementation of bushland management projects for our various clients throughout the greater Melbourne region until end of November 2019.

Multiple positions are also available to complete spraying works in the Wyndham area (approximately from Little River through to Lara). You may be required to start on site, for which you will receive an allowance. Otherwise you will be required to arrive at our depot in Werribee at 7:30. Public transport is available to Werribee station, and for suitable candidates, transport may be available from there.

  • Knowledge of revegetation techniques and experience in the use of appropriate tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of weed and indigenous plant species
  • Physical suitability to hard labour.

  1. Training and Licences
  • Essential - Construction Induction Card (Red/White Card)
  • Essential - Current Manual Victorian Car Licence
  • Essential - ChemCert or equivalent
  • Essential - Chainsaw – Operate and Maintain Chainsaws
  • Highly Desirable - Senior First Aid (Level 2)
  • Highly Desirable – Personal transport for site-start work
  • Desirable - Medium Rigid truck licence.
