Parrey Pastoral Rehabilitation is a locally owned and operated company that has proudly serviced HVO, MTW coal mines, and rural properties throughout the Hunter Valley since 2012.

We specialise in mine site revegetation and environmental rehabilitation, including:

• Soil preparation
• Native seeding

• Erosion control

• Ongoing weed management and maintenance of rehabilitation areas

We are currently seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team.

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and initiative
• Have a willingness to learn and further develop skills within Bush Regeneration and Mining Rehabilitation

Essential Requirements:


• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
• Ability to pass an Order 45 Medical, or possess the required level of physical fitness and willingness to obtain one

• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications in Conservation & Land Management, Bush Regeneration, Environmental Studies, or related fields (or willingness to learn)
• Experience in weed management and weed identification
• Experience using IT platforms such as ArcGIS, Survey123, Safety Culture, Solicator, or similar software (training can be provided)
• Current First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
