  • Experience working within Environmental Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with site teams
  • A practical, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to operational sites

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early‑ to mid‑career environmental professional to build capability in a complex operational environment while being supported by experienced leaders and systems. You’ll gain exposure to real operational decision-making, regulatory engagement and compliance management, environmental risk management and opportunities to influence and improve environmental outcomes.
