Out of money? Trouble sleeping? Feeling a little too… clean? Hi there! We are Dirty, and we are a planting company.

Planting is an unusual job that will have you working outdoors in all weather and in a variety of locations. In this role you'll be:

• Working on an assortment of projects with different clients.
• Working with heaps of different plant species.
• Translating landscaping designs from paper to garden.

and of course, our favourite part,

• Planting.

The good news is that if this Type-2 fun appeals to you, you'll find yourself amongst an epic team of like-minded new mates. The better news is that you'll sleep like an angel after having spent the day outside whilst doing something good for the environment. The best news is that you can make a lot of money doing it.

We pay a base hourly rate (in line with the Fair Work Gardening and Landscaping Award), but each day there is also a performance bonus available. This means that if you're willing to put in the time and effort to excel, you'll be paying off that student debt, planning that next trip, or otherwise hitting those savings goals before you know it.

Safety is queen and before you can begin working, you'll need:

1. A Construction Industry White Card.
2. General PPE (hi-vis long-sleeve shirt, long pants, lace-up steel cap boots, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses).

What else you need to know:

• This is a casual role but we prefer candidates who have at least 3 days availability each week.
• Our work sites really are geographically varied and often not easy to access on public transport.
• It's recommended that you have your own means of transportation (no scooters or motorbikes, sorry).
• Previous planting or landscaping experience is amazing, but not essential. We've got a great training program to help everyone succeed.
• A good level of physical fitness and a positive attitude are a must.
