We are currently seeking to fill multiple positions in our Bushland Management team to assist in the delivery of environmental restoration works across several existing contracts. 

The position:

Casual positions with flexible working hour arrangements (with full-time potential in the new year).

We are looking for skilled and experienced Bushland team members with a strong passion for the environment to join our work groups located in the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Suburbs of Melbourne. You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality environmental management / ecological restoration works throughout some of Melbourne’s most distinctive biodiverse bushland reserves, parks, and waterway corridors.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in conservation and land management, environmental science, horticulture, or experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of indigenous & invasive flora species, particularly throughout the greater Melbourne region.
• Experience with herbicide application
• Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

Training and licences:

• Construction Induction Card 
• Current Car license
• Chem Cert/ACUP
• Chainsaw: Operate and Maintain Chainsaws - Level 1
• First Aid (Level 2)
