Work Environment & Conditions
- Field roles based across mostly local project sites (FIFO/DIDO availability required).
- Seeking staff in the Brisbane / Redland Bay Area due to promixmately of several key projects. Local applicants are still encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility depending on project location and seasonality.

As part of our bush regeneration team, you'll apply weed control methods, support revegetation, use tools (e.g., chainsaws/brush cutters), and restore native bushland in diverse environments. You'll be part of a skilled crew delivering real-world ecological impact.
Key duties include:
- Manual and chemical weed control.
- Habitat restoration using bush regeneration techniques.
- Power tool use and safe chemical application.
- Contributing to field data collection and compliance.
Essential Requirements:
- Be able to work away for a week at a time
- Cert III or above in Conservation and Land Management.
- ACDC Licence, Chainsaw ticket, White Card.
- Experience in ecological restoration / weed control.
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging field environments and not be afraid of hard work.
Desirable Requirements - while not mandatory, we encourage applications from candidates who possess the following:
- 4x4 driving certification.
- Working at heights certification.
- Industry inductions (e.g. ISI, Standard 11).
- Advanced flora ID skills and restoration experience.
