Role overview

We are seeking expressions of interest from graduates to experienced professional and senior field survey team members to support our NSW team. This casual role involves undertaking field-based survey work, from vegetation community mapping to targeted threatened flora and fauna surveys and everything in between. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, work with a passionate and experienced team, and help shape positive environmental outcomes.

What you will do (key responsibilities)

• Undertake flora and fauna field surveys in accordance with the NSW Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) and methods set out under the Nature Repair Market (NRM) to inform impact assessments and offset investigations. 
• Contribute to fieldwork logistics, data analysis, and report writing.

What you will bring (your skills)

• Tertiary qualifications in ecology, environmental science, biology, or related discipline.
• Ability and motivation to travel throughout NSW and undertake field surveys.
• Positive energy and passion for your profession.
