About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position working within Council’s Environmental Services Department. Lead and manage four direct reports within the Land Management team towards meeting Council’s biodiversity responsibilities. This role is instrumental in maintaining the timely progress of Development Applications and overseeing the implementation of certain biodiversity and land management activities, such as the promotion of biodiversity stewardship, and biodiversity awareness through community engagement.
Reporting directly to the Lead - Land Management

You will ideally have previous leadership and management experience with the ability to foster teamwork within and between teams to deliver services for the benefit of the community as well as the ability to manage and work within budgets.
