We work closely with land managers, technical specialists, First Nations, Councils, Universities, industry, state agencies and community groups. We respect and learn from the First Nations knowledge and science refined and applied over thousands of generations to care for country.

Having been successful in securing further long-term contracts, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic professional to join our highly skilled, professional team in either Toowoomba or Roma. Relevant tertiary qualifications are important.

The Projects Lead role is critically important to the success of our company and will suit people who appreciate leadership is as much a privilege as it is a responsibility, requiring equal measures of wisdom and compassion.

The Projects Lead works closely with the Programs Lead and is responsible for ensuring contracted deliverables are achieved in full, on time, and within budget. Well-developed project design, management and reporting skills are essential.

The Projects Lead role is intimately involved in the application and continuous improvement of core systems, processes and tools underpinning the management of projects. The position has a key role in equipping and supporting the project delivery team to ensure they know what success looks like and how to get there.
