About the Role:

Join the Arborgreen team as a full-time Business Development Manager based in Brisbane, where you'll play an important role in expanding our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through sales and cultivating long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach such as prospecting, face-to-face meetings, emails, and phone calls with qualified leads.
  • Nurture and grow key accounts by providing exceptional account management and business development.
  • Present and demonstrate products to customers, clearly explaining the features, benefits, and value that our solutions offer.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis to tailor solutions that meet each client’s needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customise product solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • A customer-centric, goal-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
