Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in project support and grant administration? Do you have a passion for contributing to coastal protection and environmental initiatives? We are seeking a Project Officer, Board Secretariat and Grants to join our dynamic team and provide key support to the Coast Protection Board (the Board).
About the Role:
As the Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing professional secretariat services to the Board while managing and coordinating government grant funding programs. This position involves overseeing financial transactions related to grant funding contracts and projects, monitoring progress against milestones, preparing accurate and timely grant funding reports, and maintaining up-to-date contract registers.
You will also provide project support across a range of Coast Unit projects, contributing to the achievement of team objectives and advancing coastal protection efforts.
