The organisation’s projects span waterway and coastal health, biodiversity, pest and weed management, sustainable agriculture, natural resource management practices, and ecosystem restoration, all while engaging with local communities.
The Role
Reporting to the Program Director, the NRM Project Manager - Waterways will lead a highly skilled team to develop and execute designated projects. This role’s primary focus encompasses team leadership and development, project planning, implementation, and outcome reporting, as well as building stakeholder relationships and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated, self-starting professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to mentor others, foster strong partnerships and bring exceptional program design and delivery capability. Additionally, you will have a keen interest in achieving meaningful and sustainable natural resource management outcomes and will have an affinity for with working with diverse stakeholders.
