The Role
The Sustainable Environment Program Support Officer supports the delivery of high impact activities and programs that help the community and the organisation to become climate ready, be leaders in clean, sustainable living and value natural landscapes and biodiversity.
The role supports the ongoing operations of the Sustainable Environment Department. This includes:
About you
You are a dedicated individual with a strong enthusiasm for sustainable practices and a commitment to making a difference. You have a passion for engaging with the community and guiding them on their journey toward environmental stewardship.
You are a highly capable and colloborative person, who strives to achieve great outcomes for customers, the community, and the environment.
You will have strong communication and engagement skills. You will have flexibility to work non standard hours to deliver specific environmental programs.
You will have high levels of computer literacy and be able to identify ways to improve and streamline processes.
