About the team
As part of the Environment and Heritage Branch, the Natural Areas Conservation (NAC) business unit oversees the daily management and showcasing of a 13,000-hectare estate containing significant and diverse biological values. Our team is dedicated to protecting and enhancing conservation reserves spanning from the McPherson Range to Southern Moreton Bay.
About your new role
In this dynamic role, you'll help manage the City’s conservation estate—both natural and built. Collaborating closely with the Team Leader, you’ll bring your technical expertise and hands-on experience to the forefront, engaging with community members and overseeing contractors for effective project delivery. Conduct on-the-ground assessments and investigations that drive decision-making, all while contributing to the preservation and enhancement of our beautiful natural environments.
