About the role

The Field Officer will carry out operational plans, works programs and projects to maintain field centre infrastructure and facilities for the conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural resources on Bruny Island.

Our ideal candidate has

  • Practical experience in minor construction works and maintenance.
  • The ability to operate and maintain machinery, plant and equipment.
  • The ability to work well in small teams.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
