  • Location: Hamilton or Warrnambool (with flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis)
  • Salary Range: Band 5 ($89,610 - $95,378 p.a. pro rata)
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term (22 months), Part-time (0.6FTE / 45.6hrs per fortnight)

The role:

  • Support the enhancement and maintenance of the current financial system
  • Play a pivotal role in the implementation of a future new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Support the Finance Manager with project accounting, and CMA project teams in understanding and monitoring their project budgets and forecast.
  • Proactively participate in, and contribute to the Corporate Services Team

About You:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Preferably, you’ll hold or be working towards, a professional certification e.g. CA, CPA, CMA
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial / ERP systems and processes.
  • Experience in the maintenance and implementation of financial systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (can be obtained prior to appointment)
