The Role:

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join the team and manage a range of Environmental projects across South Australia. This will include:

• Manage and coordinate multiple environmental projects concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and tenders for weed control and specialised environmental projects.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to field-based staff to optimise performance and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About You:

• An industry qualification in Conservation and Land Management (or similar field) or equivalent skills.
• Previous work experience within the natural resources management, land conservation or landscaping industry.
• Previous experience in estimation and/or project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate and consult with clients.
• Highly developed people management skills with the ability to mentor and manage people to perform at their best.
• A strong commercial focus with excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Integrity, honesty, professional presentation, commitment and positive attitude.
