Here is your opportunity to make a difference as the National Volunteer Landcare Facilitator, where you will work with State and Territory Landcare organisations to engage volunteers in meaningful environmental initiatives across Australia.

The National Landcare Network represents over 160,000 volunteers and more than 6,000 environmental groups across Australia, including – but not limited to - Landcare, Coastcare, Bushcare, and Dunecare. About the Role:

As the National Landcare Volunteer Facilitator, you will:

  • Support State and Territory Landcare organisations in growing their volunteer networks through knowledge exchange and targeted engagement campaigns.
  • Facilitate the development of  Corporate Volunteering Programs across the States and Territories, creating new avenues for businesses to get involved.
  • Lead initiatives that recognise and celebrate volunteers, and build strong partnerships with corporate and philanthropic sectors.

Who You Are:

  • A leader in volunteer program management with a passion for facilitating rather than just leading.
  • A skilled communicator who thrives on collaborating with diverse stakeholders and empowering communities to succeed.
  • Comfortable managing digital platforms and tools to help streamline volunteer engagement and recruitment.
  • Eager to make a visible and measurable impact on Australia’s environmental and community landscapes.
  • A team player, who can work well in a small cohesive group of people who are passionate about Landare.
