About the role:

BUSHY is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead our bush regeneration division. The blended role will require client management, reporting and tender writing, management of supervisors and on ground supervision of teams. You'll work closely with upper management helping to develop and improve the divison. Full time position + vehicle + phone + laptop.    

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the business in client-facing roles, ensuring positive and effective communication.
• Support with reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Assist with tender writing and estimation tasks.
• Implement flora and fauna assesments. 
• Oversee and support site supervisors, aiding in their reporting duties and scheduling.
• Provide on-the-ground management, stepping in for supervisors as needed and leading specialised projects.
• Training and mentoring of staff.
• Manage and maintain vehicles and equipment. 

Desired experience, skills and qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Environmental Science or Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management 
• Relevant experience in a similar role, 10+ years in the industry.
• NSW Drivers Licence 
• Construction White Card 
• AQF3 ChemCert
• Physically fit and reliable

BUSHY Landscapes is based in the lower North Shore, servicing all of the Greater Sydney region, with clients across residential, commercial and local government.
