Peel-Harvey Catchment Council (PHCC) has been the driving force behind community based Natural Resource Management in the Peel-Harvey Catchment for over 20 years. The role

This key contract position is available to 30th June 2028 (with the possibility of extension).

The Sustainable Agriculture Facilitator is a designated central contact point for farmers, landholders, industry, and community groups and will aim to support sustainable agriculture practices in the Peel-Harvey catchment.

The successful application will need to demonstrate highly developed skills and experience in building, networking and engaging closely with community groups and stakeholders, especially farmers, within the NRM environment, with a particular focus on Sustainable/Regenerative Agriculture.  Qualifications or equivalent experience in Agriculture, Natural Resource Management and/or demonstrated equivalent experience are a requirement of the position.

The role can be based from our Mandurah, Boddington, and/or Waroona offices as negotiated to ensure project delivery and attracts a salary range of $78,367 - $85,857 pa pro rata based on relevant experience and qualifications, plus superannuation.
