SEEDs conducts quality ecological restoration services for a range of public sector clients across a number of sites on the Mornington Peninsula and south east region and is looking for passionate crew to join our team for the next few months, with potential for ongoing.

Industry experience in ecological restoration works is preferred.

The following skills and knowledge are required (briefly address each in your letter of application):

• Good understanding of ecological restoration techniques and principles.
• Well developed understanding of OHS principals and practice.
• Excellent knowledge of weed control techniques and experience in their application.
• Good working knowledge of herbicides and their use.
• Medium to high level of weed and indigenous plant identification skills.
• Competent, safe use and maintenance of vehicles, small plant, and hand tools.
• Basic understanding of quality principals and their application.

Qualifications Required

• Conservation & Ecosystem Mgt Certificate or equivalent (can be completing).
• ChemCert (can be completing)
• First Aid Level 2.
