THE OPPORTUNITY:
Proficient People Plus+ (PPP+), partnered with with Cradle Coast Authority (CCA), is searching for a dynamic and driven Business Manager to be responsible for the delivery of their Natural Resource Management (NRM) Contract.
Based in Burnie, Tasmania, this full-time (part-time applications also considered, by negotiation) role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver upon the NRM contract in North-West Tasmania. YOUR SKILLS:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications or high-level relevant experience in Natural Resource Management or Environmental Sciences.
- Experience: Demonstrated program and project management skills, including strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Interpersonal Skills: High-level interpersonal and effective relationship management skills.
- Communication: Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and workshop facilitation.
- Leadership: Experience leading and managing teams, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Compliance: Knowledge of state and federal government funding agreements and financial management.
