About Us:

Terrain NRM is the natural resource management organisation for the Wet Tropics region. We are a dynamic environmental organisation committed to sustainable land and water management. We work collaboratively with communities, government agencies, and industry partners to protect and enhance our natural resources of the Wet Tropics region from the Daintree in the north, down through Cairns to Ingham in the south and across the Atherton Tablelands.

We are looking for:

• Experience in the establishment and operation of a Project/Program Management Office.
• Knowledge and experience in best practice project and program management, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, systems, processes, and tools.
• Ability to increase the capability and capacity of our program and project managers to continue to successfully, plan, execute, monitor and evaluate its programs and projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively and constructively within a senior leadership team.
• Commercially savvy with a drive for continuous improvement.

Details:

• Permanent Full Time. Part-time or job share arrangements would be considered for successful candidate/s.
• Based in either our Atherton, Cairns, Innisfail, or Tully offices.
• Full time - 36.25 hours per week (we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right candidate).
• Flexible working conditions.
• 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata) with 17.5% leave loading.
