Species Management, Flora and Fauna Division

• Selection will be made at the T3 or P1 level depending on the experience/qualifications of the successful applicant.

As the Technical Officer/Scientist Threatened Species you will assist with a range of threatened species monitoring and threat abatement programs in the iconic MacDonnell Ranges of central Australia.

Your key duties involve planning for and undertaking fieldwork, camera trap image processing and data management, and maintaining and organising field equipment.

To be successful you will need experience conducting ecological fieldwork, and working in small teams and with minimal supervision.
