The organisation

Based in the South Coast region of Western Australia, South Coast Natural Resource Management is an independent, community-based organisation that provides leadership and expertise in natural resource management, conservation, sustainability, and community capacity. Our vision for the region is Thriving and diverse communities where nature is valued, protected and restored.  We acknowledge and work collaboratively with Noongar Traditional Owners across the region.

The role

The role requires an experienced individual with well-established collaborative leadership, team management and project management skills. We require a Project Lead who is skilled at working and developing and managing project teams and building impactful collaborations with catchment partners.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, collaborative, and solutions focused. 

This is an opportunity to contribute to protecting and enhancing one of the most biodiverse parts of the world, working alongside Traditional Owners, Farmers and the local community whilst furthering your own career with one of Australia’s leading natural resource management organisations. 

The position will be based in Albany or Esperance, WA and is offered at 1 FTE. The salary range is $101,000-$120,000, plus superannuation depending on skills and experience.
