Our Client

Our client is a passionate advocate for Australia’s great outdoors working alongside local councils and governments where they have secured a project in Bendigo.

Due to obtaining this opportunity, they are looking to add to their team where you will be assisting with erosion control, weed management and revegetation.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include working across a variety of sites, both remote and public, involved in weed control (spraying, cut n paste), site regeneration, planting, brush cutting and clearing.

Skills and Experience

In addition to having your White Card we are seeking a talented individual with the following:

• Certification in Horticulture or Conservation & Land Management
• Chemical Certificate / ACUP (highly desirable)
• First Aid (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Fit, reliable with a genuine passion to undertake this important environmental work.

Offer

Starting in a casual capacity with consistent work Monday-Friday there is potential for ongoing work with a view to permanent for the right person.

In return for your expertise, we can offer you an hourly rate of $30+ per hour with an opportunity to work with a company highly regarded within the conservation industry.
