$95,000 - $105,000 p.a. pro-rata (depending on prior experience and time in role) + 12% superannuation.

Are you passionate about land management and fostering connections between communities and Country? We're looking for an On Country Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning and implementing a variety of projects aimed at enhancing environmental custodianship by First Nations people.

As the On Country Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with the Caring for Country team to oversee the work planning and supervision of the team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, mentoring and providing professional supervision to Rangers & field officers, and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures, particularly regarding workplace health and safety. You'll also have the opportunity to support caring for country initiatives such as cultural burning and vegetation management, ultimately making properties and communities safer and more connected to Jagun (country).

We're seeking candidates with experience in coordinating projects for not-for-profit organisations or government entities, along with a minimum of five years' experience working on natural and cultural heritage management projects.
