  • Salary $75,000 - $85,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on qualifications and experience.
  • O.6 FTE - 22.50 hours/week based in Bunbury office.
  • Flexible working hours available, some evening and weekend work required.
  • 18 month contract including 3 month probation period.

Leschenault Catchment Council (LCC) is seeking a confident, friendly, and motivated project officer with practical on ground experience in threatened species conservation and/or feral animal control, to work in a small busy team assisting with project delivery.

This role will support the LCC's Biodiversity Program Manager to deliver the 2024 - 2025 'Building Threatened Species Habitat Resilience adjoining the Wellington National Park' project.

If you have practical knowledge/experience of threatened species conservation and/or feral animal control, exceptional skills in face-to-face communication and landowner engagement, sound computing skills and a passion for caring for the environment, we would like to hear from you.
