The Kabi Kabi Peoples Aboriginal Corporation (KKPAC) is thrilled to announce a rewarding role within our newly established Kabi Kabi Ranger Program (KKRP). We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Ranger to supervise our Ranger Team, under the direction of the Ranger Coordinator.

About Us

KKPAC has established the Kabi Kabi Ranger Program (KKRP), an Indigenous Land and Sea Ranger program, supported by the Queensland Government. .

The primary focus of KKRP is to deliver a range of land, sea, and cultural management tasks to restore the health of Country. These tasks may include cultural site recording, weed control, fire management, visitor engagement, infrastructure maintenance, environmental monitoring, and sea-country management.

The role is a declared Indigenous identified role with preference being given to Kabi Kabi People. Due to genuine occupational requirements, (under section 25 of the Anti-discrimination Act 1991 QLD) only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants will be considered.
