Are you interested in the chance to collaborate with experts and passionate individuals who share a common goal of protecting and enhancing Queensland's biodiversity?

Working for the Queensland Trust for Nature (QTFN) offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on conservation efforts in one of Australia's most diverse and ecologically rich regions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and tackle some of the most pressing environmental challenges facing Queensland and beyond.

About QTFN: Queensland Trust for Nature (QTFN) is an independent, not-for-profit, public Trust with the purpose of protecting and enhancing nature in Queensland. We achieve this by operating a Revolving Property Fund - we acquire, protect, and sell land to increase the private protected area estate in Queensland. We also use environmental markets (biodiversity and carbon offsets, nature positive projects) and partnerships to fund restoration works focused on habitat enhancement, biodiversity uplift, and landscape management.

In addition to conservation efforts, QTFN supports education, research, and partnerships to improve the balance between environmental, social, economic, and cultural needs of Queensland's natural assets.

About the role: The primary purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of the Offsets with Outcomes portfolio within QTFN and drive the development of other conservation projects. You will also play a crucial role in advancing QTFN's mission of protecting and enhancing nature in Queensland through partnerships on private or state-owned land.
