Would you like to be valued, challenged and supported with a work life balance including genuinely flexible work arrangements, an attractive salary, and 12% super?
Do you want to work for a business that cares about its people - for their health and wellbeing, ensuring they feel valued and respected, and that every day, everyone returns home safe? A business that cares about the Traditional Custodians of the land we now manage, our neighbours, communities and the visitors to our plantation forests.
We sustainably manage 310,000 hectares of forest throughout the state of Queensland from Passchendaele near the NSW border to Kuranda north west of Cairns. We're growing almost 100 million trees in Queensland, did we mention sustainably?

As a result of an internal promotion we are seeking a suitably qualified Forester to deliver quality silviculture programs for our Fraser Coast North District. You will be key in engaging and coordinating contractors getting our trees in the ground. You'll ensure these activities are carried out to the standards that have earned us dual forest certification. If you have a love for the outdoors but also don't mind sitting at a desk, love to problem solve, and thrive being part of a team, this is the role for you.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will be located in our Tuan office, close to both the township of Maryborough and the beautiful Hervey Bay.
Beyond a proactive work ethic driven to achieve high quality results, the skills, qualification, and experience that will help you to thrive in this role include:
