The opportunity for a Principal Coast & Environment is available for a people and business leader looking for their next achievement in the environmental, coastal and water consulting space. In this role you will:

  • Lead and manage the Western Australia Coastal team and its service delivery.
  • Represent Water Technology's innovation and technical excellence in Western Australia.
  • Proactively facilitate the Coastal group's business planning, including identifying prospects, developing and maintaining client and industry relationships, project planning and technical input.

About you

You are someone who drives business growth and you are eager to bring goals to fruition. You care about the development of your team and you work collaboratively with your peers. Along your career journey, you have:

  • Demonstrated record of achievement and leadership in coastal management.
  • Experience in leading teams and providing technical mentorship.
  • Excellent tendering skills and winning business through nurturing relationships.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.

If you have worked on coastal projects in other locations around Australia, it will be a definite advantage, but not essential. Most importantly we are seeking someone who is passionate about water resources, and can actively develop their team to grow and develop into industry leaders.
