Being a wildlife management enterprise that offers compassionate and effective resolutions for vertebrate pest issues throughout Australia, we are currently undergoing significant expansion and have numerous entry-level positions available. We're searching for individuals who can aid us in safeguarding the environment via the conscientious and ethical control of invasive species.

The role demands a willingness to learn about different pest types and their habitats, along with methods for pest control involving diverse techniques like fencing, habitat modification, trapping, shooting, relocation, and poison baiting. We are keen for you to grow with us and on the job training is provided.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in adverse environments.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow precise instructions and safe work procedures.
  • Understanding of customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of working hours, and sound computer operation skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Sound problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of, or the ability to obtain, the following:
    • Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (1080 + PAPP endorsement) or equivalent.
    • Firearms licence.
    • Comfortable driving a 4WD.
