Due to our continued growth, we are seeking expressions of interest to join our team of horticultural, landscaping field technicians.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity of being part of a growing, majority owned indigenous organisation, who are fast becoming leaders in the project management and delivery of major horticultural, landscaping & weed control contracts across Perth CBD and outer suburbs.

The employee will work directly alongside senior staff members to gain field-based skills & support delivery of in-field operations in an efficient, practical, and safe manner.

We require the successful candidate to have a valid WA drivers licence and their own transport with the ability to get to our Kewdale yard for 6.45am starts.

Duties include, but limited to:

• General landscape maintenance.
• Mowing, whipper snipping, mulching, watering.
• Landscape & revegetation:
• Planting, seeding, tree installation.
• Clearing & Grubbing.
• Brush cutting.
• Weed Control.
• General labouring.

Essential Criteria:

• A current valid WA drivers licence.
• Construction white card.
• Physically fit.
• Solid work ethic.
• Self motivated & keen to learn new skills.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Love working outdoors, in all weather conditions.
• Pass a Drug & Alcohol test.

Desirable Criteria

• Manual drivers licence.
• Knowledge & the ability to identity native plants & weed species.
• Pest Management Technician Licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
