Hippopotamus is an emerging environmental company that has focus on a range of ecological consulting areas, primarily within the development industry. We also perform ecological restoration and revegetation projects throughout SEQ.

We're currently seeking a recent graduate or someone with a moderate level of experience in the following areas with the following range of skills.

• 1 to 5 years experience in Ecology or related role.
• Degree in ecology or related studies.
• Experience with landscape/revegetation design highly regarded.
• Good knowledge of seq flora and associated legislation highly regarded.
• Good knowledge of seq fauna (especially threatened species) and associated legislation highly regarded.
• Field experience in ecological studies and/or bush regeneration also highly.
• Experience with autocad or other drawing programs well regarded.
• Experience in report writing.

Remuneration commensurate with experience.
