About the team
We are looking for a Senior Geomorphologist to help us deliver a strong pipeline of work on high profile and challenging projects for clients such as Melbourne Water, Yarra Valley Water, Greater Western Water and the Murray-Darling Basin floodplain managers. There are also opportunities to partner with the broader Jacobs business to deliver work for state and national public utilities, renewable energy projects and transport infrastructure.
The purpose of this role is to lead geomorphology input into projects and to collaboratively work with other disciplines. You will be required to write proposals for, win and manage both complex and smaller projects within the area of your technical expertise.
You will work with a team of passionate scientists and engineers who truly value diversity and technical excellence. You will be working with Jacobs' global leader in floodplain restoration and ecohydrology, as well as a team of distinguished professionals who have a range of experience in the public sector and academia. We will support you with your career ambitions through mentoring, formal and informal training, and attendance at conferences.
