Form Forests and Environment is a progressive nursery, forest services, and renewable energy company, based in Albany on the South Coast of Western Australia.

Your role:

We are currently seeking a Tree Planting Crew Supervisor for this years plantation and revegetation establishment season, to work alongside our friendly and experienced staff in the delivery of of our projects from nursery gate, to established forest.

Your duties:

• Daily coordination of operations for a 4 -8 person tree planting crew.
• Liasing with clients in the field.
• Accurate record keeping of day to day activities.
• Reporting on works scheduling and progress.
• Ensuring adherance to field based safe work practices.

Essential criteria:

• Effective communication skills.
• Enjoyment of work in the outdoors.
• C class drivers license.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday.

Desirable criteria :

• Demonstrated experience in plantation tree planting or a related field.
• Current chemcert certificate.
• Mechanical aptitude.
