About us

Formed in 1999, Naturelinks has a commitment to the principles of conservation, biodiversity and community involvement, as reflected in our vision: “Sustainability in everything we do.”

On the whole, we manage and build landscapes specialising in local native flora, from our four depots at North Melbourne, Werribee, Whittlesea and Mornington.

We have extensive bushland management knowledge, a sound and growing customer base (government, semi-government and private organisations) together with a growing team of over 70 people and a record of delivering quality service.

Purpose and scope

Multiple positions available in Melbourne and Mornington.

Reporting to the Melbourne/Mornington Manager, the primary role of these positions is to assist with the implementation of bushland management projects for our various clients throughout the greater Melbourne region.

You will be required to start on site on all projects. Therefore a drivers licence and reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

2. Bushland Management

• Experience in the industry
• Experience with various weed control techniques and herbicides
• A passion for indigenous plants
• A genuine interest in sustainability and bushland management
• Qualifications relevant to the industry are desirable
• Knowledge of revegetation techniques and experience in the use of appropriate tools and equipment
• Knowledge of weed and indigenous plant species
• Physical suitability to hard labour.

4. Training and Licences

• Essential – Drivers Licence and Personal transport for site-start work
• Essential - Construction Induction Card (Red/White Card)
• Essential - Senior First Aid (Level 2)
• Essential - Current Manual Victorian Car Licence
• Essential - ChemCert or equivalent
• Desirable - Operate and Maintain Chainsaws
• Desirable - Medium Rigid truck licence.
