The Federation is the Victorian state-wide body that convenes and advocates for the rights and interests of Traditional Owners while progressing wider social, economic, environmental, and cultural objectives. We support the progress of agreement-making and participation in decision-making to enhance the authority of Traditional Owner Corporations on behalf of their communities.

ABOUT THE ROLES:

• The Principal NRM Advisor will have significant experience in leading and managing projects with strong technical understanding of NRM related issues and ability to manage and maintain a broad range of stakeholder relationships including with Traditional Owners, and to identify and develop funding opportunities. 
  
  
• The Senior NRM Advisor will have strong experience and technical knowledge of NRM related issues with ability to manage a variety of complex tasks or projects independently and in conjunction with others to develop and support initiatives and policy and program development including with Traditional Owners. 
  
  
• The NRM Advisor will have the knowledge and ability to advise and support projects, working with others in the team and Traditional Owners to support initiatives and policy and program development.
