We are seeking applications from suitably experienced and high performing candidates for the following roles:

  • Streetscape Landscaping Supervisor

The Role:

  • Supervise a team delivering high quality commercial landscape construction and planting across Melbourne;
  • Coordinate and schedule staff and resources;
  • Maintain a strong safety culture;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidates must meet the following:

  • Proven track record in delivering high quality commercial landscape works;
  • Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills;
  • Committed to safety and quality;
  • Qualification in horticulture (Cert III in Horticulture or related field);
  • Excellent planning and time management skills including experience with co-ordinating staff, subcontractors and resources;
  • Able to confidently use a computer including Microsoft Office;
  • Practical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders; and
  • Good verbal and written references to verify the above.
