Traditional Aussie Gardens has been servicing the Hunter region since 2015 providing environmental services and we are looking to add bush regenerators to our team. Embrace the opportunity to work among the gum trees in Newcastle’s own backyard.

Working locally in the Newcastle area you will be utilising the latest equipment and techniques in bush regeneration so you get more time enjoy Newcastle’s backyard not just sitting in it. Successful applicants will be giving the opportunity to undertake on the job training to enhance their practical skills. With the nature of our work applicants should be physically fit and have experience in bush regeneration.

Applicants must have the following essential criteria

•  Certificate in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent qualification
•  Drivers licence.
•  WHS White Card.
•  Chemical Applicator's AQF3
•  Sound plant identification abilities
•  Experience in bush regeneration

Desirable criteria (a bonus but not required)

•  Operating small plant and equipment
•  Experience in project reporting
•  4x4 defensive driving certificate
•  First Aid certificate
•  Chainsaw operations certificate
•  Experience in rural fencing
