Lead the roll out of a new Volunteer Management System across all DEW volunteers in parks and other programs across the state.

The Project Coordinator, Volunteer System Implementation is responsible for coordinating and implementing the roll out of a new Volunteer Management system (VMS) across all volunteer programs within DEW.

This includes integrating and automating systems and ensuring all policies and Work Health & Safety systems are considered in the transition to the new system. The role will lead a working group of internal and external stakeholders throughout this transition to achieve the best outcomes for the different programs across the department and will be responsible for coordinating the inputs needed for the external software supplier to finalise the software architecture. The role will lead the development and implementation of processes, procedures and training for volunteers and volunteer managers.
