About the role

This role will embed policies, protocols and practices into the Impact Framework that respects Indigenous rights, promotes self-determination and strengthens effective Community engagement and collaboration. While the role is advertised for Brisbane, this will be a remote position and will accept applications from all Australian states.

Key duties:

• Impact measurement framework development.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Development and communication of impact reporting.
• Community and stakeholder engagement.
• Impact measurement management.
• Organisational capability development and empowerment.

About you:

• Demonstrated ability to engage and work with Indigenous peoples and communities.
• Excellent organisational and Information Technology skills, accurate data entry, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight and shifting deadlines.
• Aligned with Firesticks' vision values, and prior experience of working with Indigenous communities and/or Indigenous individuals to create a positive impact.
• Strong collaborative approach to tasks and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Impact Data Measurement and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Sustainability Reporting, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Current driver's license.
• Proven ability to manage staff (preferably in remote work settings).
