Applications are now open for the 2024 Peter Cullen Trust Leadership Program (Women)

The Peter Cullen Water and Environment Trust values women’s leadership and offers this flagship Leadership Program just for women in the water and environmental management sector. This is a unique and transformative program fostering courageous leaders who will tackle big challenges in water and environment.

The Program is designed to have transformative, lasting impact, not just temporary inspiration. With limited numbers of participants, this remarkable journey significantly changes the clarity, confidence, shared vision and strategic capability of each participant, and enhances their capacity to lead within their organisations and communities. Upon graduation, participants enter the Trust’s Fellowship of supportive and influential peers. The PCT Fellowship is now over 285 people, many of whom now occupy influential senior positions. The Fellowship offers graduates opportunities for ongoing engagement and development, as well as access to invaluable mentoring opportunities.

The Trust is inviting applications from professionals who identify as women and are actively involved in water and environmental science, systems, policy, advocacy or management. Applications for this year's challenging and highly regarded Program will close on 05 May 2024. 

The Program will run across two week-long sessions in September and November 2023 in Canberra.
