Australia's best sustainability event!
EXPLORE 10 FESTIVAL AREAS
GET INSPIRED
At the Off-Grid Living Festival we seek to inspire people to take new step towards becoming more sustainable each year. We don’t just talk about the problems at this event, we offer great solutions, and we make it fun and attainable to all with a great mix of education and entertainment throughout the festival.
The decision to go off-grid or live more sustainably might be for personal freedom, fun and adventure, a desire to live closer to nature, reduce bills, or it might come from a deeper feeling of guilt about your impacts on the earth. For us, it’s all of these things and more, and when we focus on the specific areas we can improve - taking one step at a time, it's easy to feel the progress and be proud.

We invite you to come to next years festival with an intention. Think about which areas you’re going to focus on improving. How many steps can you take, and where are you willing to invest your time, money and efforts?

This is an all inclusive festival and we work hard to make sure everybody feels welcome and at ease. People come along from all over Australia, of all ages, and all walks-of-life. Whether you know nothing about sustainability, ready to learn and find something new, or if you're a well-seasoned off-gridder wanting to enjoy what you love and connect with others, there's something here for everyone.
The Off-Grid Living Festival is thoroughly enjoyed by those passionate about sustainability, families with children looking for a fun and education experience, people who are curious to discover a new way of life, find ways to reduce their carbon footprint, or holiday makers and adventurers looking for a communal environment with amazing food, music, people, workshops and community.

1. Are dogs allow into the festival or camping area?
No. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed. If we say yes we end up with over 800 dogs onsite and not all dog owners are responsible. Dogs with a working, assistance or therapy vest are welcome however. For those travelling from afar there is a great dog boarding property nearby that you could pre-book - Appletree Pet Boarding.
