Dr Selwyn Heilbron is Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, Secretary of the SAI Platform Australia, and Director of SG Heilbron Economic and Policy Consulting, a firm that has advised major corporations in Australia, internationally, and State and Federal governments. He has 30 years' experience in the agri-food sector, with a particular focus on improving the environmental, economic and social sustainability of food and fibre supply chains.
