Call for abstracts now open (closes 31 August)
The AWMS2020 conference will be coming to you!
Given the COVID-19 situation the Australasian Wildlife Management Society (AWMS) will be holding its 33rd annual conference as a virtual conference, free to attend for all.
AWMS promotes the use of science to identify appropriate wildlife management principles and practices, develop plans of management, and to implement and review these plans within a social, environmental, economic and political context. AWMS members include research scientists, educators, wildlife managers, and extension, interpretation and policy professionals.
The Call for Abstracts for AWMS2020 is now open, and we welcome the submission of abstracts on any wildlife management research or topic. Symposia will be organised to fit the topics of the abstracts received.

Presentations will have 12 minutes speaking time plus additional time for questions. Speakers will be notified of acceptance by 15 September 2020.
