We are currently looking for a Field Team Leader and a Field Technician to join our Nullawarre-based team. These roles are vital in delivering high-impact projects for farmers, government agencies, private industry, and environmental organisations across the region.

The Roles
- Field Team Leader: We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee site-level operations and with hands-on skills. You will be responsible for supervising staff and contractors, coordinating site safety (Toolbox talks/JSA), and ensuring project quality control.
- Ideally, you will have a Cert III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or equivalent) and experience leading field crews.
- Field Technician: This is a hands-on technical role focused on project delivery. You will perform direct seeding, assist with site preparation, and land management. This role is perfect for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in restoration.
Skills & Requirements: To be successful in these roles, you should possess:
- Experience: Background in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Land Management.
- Technical ability: Confidence in operating and maintaining field equipment (Chainsaws, ATVs etc).
- Physical fitness: Capability to walk long distances over difficult terrain and lift 20kg.
- Problem solving: A proactive, autonomous worker who can troubleshoot mechanical issues in remote field locations.
- Licences: Current Manual Driver’s License and White Card. (ACUP and First Aid highly desirable).
Working Conditions: These roles are primarily field-based and involve outdoor work in various weather conditions. Frequent travel within Victoria, including occasional overnight stays for seed collection and large-scale projects, is a core requirement of the position.
