The Opportunity

This role will see you supporting the delivery of a range of internal and external projects alongside experienced team members and managers. You will play a key role in contributing to project outcomes across environmental, agricultural, and land management initiatives.

Working closely with stakeholders and project teams, you will assist in coordinating activities, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project coordination and delivery.
  • Assisting with research, reporting, and documentation.
  • Data collection, collation, and visualisation.
  • Supporting contract and project management processes.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and project partners.
  • Contributing to project planning and proposal development.

This role also offers the opportunity to travel across regional Western Australia.

The Tasks Ahead

  • Assist in the delivery of projects across environmental, agricultural, and land management sectors.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to project reporting, data management, and administrative coordination.
  • Assist with the preparation of project plans, contracts, and submissions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve project outcomes.

About You

  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with a range of stakeholders, including regional communities and industry groups.
  • Exposure to project coordination, contract support, or project controls.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • An understanding of regional challenges and land management or sustainability practices is highly regarded.

Key Requirements

  • Qualification in Environmental Science, Agricultural Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and data tools (e.g. Power BI or similar).
  • Experience or exposure to GIS (highly regarded).
  • Valid WA C Class Driver's Licence (mandatory).
  • Current Police Clearance (mandatory).
