Precision Bush Regeneration is seeking motivated Bush Regeneration Team Members/sub contractors, with the potential to progress into a Supervisor role as the company continues to grow.

This is a hands-on field position working across natural areas on the Gold Coast & surrounds, with structured support and development for the right applicant who demonstrates leadership capability and commitment to best-practice bush regeneration.

Must have ABN.

Role Overview:

• Bush regeneration and natural area restoration works
• Working as part of a field crew on restoration projects
• Opportunity to develop into a Supervisor role over time
• On-the-job mentoring and skill development provided

Prefered Requirements:

• Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of local native and environmental weeds species and control tecniques
• Physically fit and capable of outdoor fieldwork
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
• Reliable transport
